Cashing Out Advisory Council™ Code of Ethical Conduct

As a member of the Cashing Out Advisory Council™ (COAC™), I pledge to always:

Conduct all business in strict accordance with the highest ethical standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism, while representing and acting only in the best interests of my clients and making their interests my top priority.

Be entirely truthful when explaining to my clients my educational and professional background, all professional licenses held, and the number of years of my work experience.

Recommend my clients to a more qualified professional should their needs reach beyond the scope of my expertise and/or jurisdiction.

Maintain my competency through continuing education, acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to continue providing proficient advice and professional services for my clients.

Protect the privacy of my clients, ensuring that all personal and confidential information is safeguarded, and released only when necessary with express written consent to do so, or as when required under law or litigation.

Adhere and comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to my industry, while keeping all licenses updated and staying current with governing professional associations, licensing agencies and regulatory organizations that have jurisdiction.

Disclose all relevant information on any services provided as well as any conflicts of interest that may arise from providing these services.

I certify that I have read and that I understand and acknowledge the Cashing Out Advisory Council™ Code of Ethical Conduct, and that it is my intent to fully adhere and apply these pledges to my daily practice in the service of my clients. I further certify that I understand and acknowledge that any deviation from these ethical precepts is a justifiable ground for expulsion from the Cashing Out Advisory Council™.

I certify that I understand and acknowledge that in order to maintain the integrity of the Cashing Out Advisory Council™, membership is strictly by invitation-only and solely at the discretion of the COAC™ Membership Committee, which has absolute and exclusive authority over all membership decisions. I also certify that I understand and acknowledge that membership in the COAC™ may be refused and/or revoked at any time and for any reason and that membership refusal and/or revocation is final and without recourse. In the event of membership refusal and/or revocation, I certify that I agree to hold harmless the COAC™, its principals and employees. I further certify that I understand and acknowledge that the COAC™, its principals and employees, shall not be held liable if membership in the Cashing Out Advisory Council™ is refused and/or revoked.
